Donkeys/Burros are adorable and personable creatures whether young or old.  So, in my opinion, are chickens. I thought it would be fun to bring the two species together in a small and intimate sculpture. This old hen is relaying the barnyard ‘news’ to this donkey foal… who appears to be paying attention!
